1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Spitrz ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App. Spitrz is operated by Oaqwoods LLC ("we," "us," or "Oaqwoods").

2. Content Disclaimer — Authentic Language

Spitrz is a competitive battle rap platform. Battle rap is a recognized art form and cultural tradition with roots in hip-hop, blues, and spoken-word poetry. By its nature it involves confrontational, hyperbolic, and emotionally charged language.

Oaqwoods LLC does not endorse, author, or take responsibility for any content submitted by users. We believe in the cultural authenticity of battle rap as a legitimate art form and do not sanitize or pre-screen verses submitted in battles.

By using Spitrz you acknowledge that:

• You may encounter strong language, mature themes, and provocative content.
• All battle content is created by users, not by Oaqwoods.
• Oaqwoods is not liable for any user-submitted content under Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act and equivalent laws.
• You are 18 years of age or older (or 13+ with parental consent where applicable).

Content that violates our Community Guidelines below (including real threats, doxxing, or CSAM) will be removed and may result in account termination.

3. Community Guidelines

The following are prohibited regardless of artistic intent:

• Real threats of violence — lyrics that a reasonable person would interpret as a genuine threat against a real individual.
• Doxxing — publishing real names, addresses, phone numbers, or private information without consent.
• CSAM — any sexual content involving minors. Violations are reported to NCMEC and law enforcement immediately.
• Impersonation — pretending to be another person or brand to deceive.
• Spam and vote manipulation — automated voting, fake accounts, or exploiting the matchmaking system.

Vulgar language, dark subject matter, and aggressive themes that fall within the tradition of battle rap are permitted and expected. We trust our community to compete with artistry and integrity.

4. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your credentials. Oaqwoods reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your verses and creative content. By submitting content to Spitrz, you grant Oaqwoods a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute your content within the App and for promotional purposes (e.g., shared battle cards).

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oaqwoods LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Spitrz. User-generated content is the sole responsibility of the user who submitted it.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via the App. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
